Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR1265 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR1265 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MIR1265 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR1265 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, THCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where MIR1265 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
