MIR1264

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR1264 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR1264-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLGAP5, CLCA4, and SP2. Each is linked with MIR1264 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR1264-to-partner and partner-to-MIR1264 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DLGAP5 grouped by MIR1264-low versus MIR1264-high in BRCA.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR1264→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR1264) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
