The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MIR125B1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR125B1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and SKCM are the cancer types where MIR125B1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
