Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR1244-3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,019 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR1244-3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYM1, MAP1S_S547, and MAP7_S335. Each is linked with MIR1244-3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR1244-3-to-partner and partner-to-MIR1244-3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR1244-3 versus PYM1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
