Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR1238 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR1238 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MIR1238 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR1238 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRP, COAD, and TGCT are the cancer types where MIR1238 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
