Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR1208 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR1208 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher MIR1208 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR1208 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and ESCA are the cancer types where MIR1208 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
