MIR1205

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR1205 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,713 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR1205-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR43, NOL6, and RCL1. Each is linked with MIR1205 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR1205-to-partner and partner-to-MIR1205 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR1205→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR1205) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
