The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher MIR105-1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR105-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where MIR105-1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
