Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR105-1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR105-1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher MIR105-1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR105-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA are the cancer types where MIR105-1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
