Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR1-1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR1-1 data layer compared with 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MIR1-1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR1-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, STAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where MIR1-1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
