MIPOL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIPOL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,543 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIPOL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP3, ARHGAP5, and PTPRC. Each is linked with MIPOL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIPOL1-to-partner and partner-to-MIPOL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIPOL1 versus FKBP3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIPOL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIPOL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
