MIPOL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIPOL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,599 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIPOL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HECTD3, FAM225A, and EP300. Each is linked with MIPOL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIPOL1-to-partner and partner-to-MIPOL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIPOL1 versus HECTD3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIPOL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIPOL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
