MIPEP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIPEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,231 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP4, UFM1, and SUCLA2. Each is linked with MIPEP in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIPEP-to-partner and partner-to-MIPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIPEP versus PARP4 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
