Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIPEP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,678 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDM8, ZEB2, and ARHGAP22. Each is linked with MIPEP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIPEP-to-partner and partner-to-MIPEP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIPEP versus PRDM8 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
