MIPEP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIPEP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,766 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIPEP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAP3, MCAT, and TRAP1. Each is linked with MIPEP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIPEP-to-partner and partner-to-MIPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIPEP versus DAP3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
