Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB36, TLDC2, and SAMHD1. Each is linked with MIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIP-to-partner and partner-to-MIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIP versus RAB36 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
