MIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,028 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADPRS, PHF19, and SH3GL1. Each is linked with MIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIP-to-partner and partner-to-MIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADPRS grouped by MIP-low versus MIP-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
