Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with MIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIP-to-partner and partner-to-MIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by MIP-low versus MIP-high in UCEC.
