Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP12-1 and LRRTM3. Each is linked with MIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIP-to-partner and partner-to-MIP results are reported.
