Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIOXP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,555 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIOXP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Obsolete histone modification, and Establishment of protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with MIOXP1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIOXP1-to-partner and partner-to-MIOXP1 results are reported.
