MIOS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,247 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIOS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRAT1, C7orf50, and FOXK1_S101. Each is linked with MIOS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIOS-to-partner and partner-to-MIOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIOS versus BRAT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
