Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,013 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIOS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, Regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Meiotic mismatch repair. Each is linked with MIOS in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIOS-to-partner and partner-to-MIOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes grouped by MIOS-low versus MIOS-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
