Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIOS mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,630 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP2A1, ADAMTS17, and DCAF1. Each is linked with MIOS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIOS-to-partner and partner-to-MIOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP2A1 grouped by MIOS-low versus MIOS-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
