MINPP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MINPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,740 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORN4, TCTN3, and IGKV3D-15. Each is linked with MINPP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINPP1-to-partner and partner-to-MINPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MINPP1 versus MORN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
