MINPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MINPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL7AP1, TAS2R9, and OR1L4. Each is linked with MINPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINPP1-to-partner and partner-to-MINPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, METTL7AP1 grouped by MINPP1-low versus MINPP1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
