Across TCGA cell cohorts, MINPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,482 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINPP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Protein localization to ciliary membrane, and Response to staurosporine. Each is linked with MINPP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINPP1-to-partner and partner-to-MINPP1 results are reported.
