Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MINDY4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,739 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MINDY4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC113, OSCP1, and ZBBX. Each is linked with MINDY4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINDY4-to-partner and partner-to-MINDY4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MINDY4 versus CCDC113 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINDY4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINDY4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
