Across TCGA cell cohorts, MINDY2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINDY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP and GDF5-AS1. Each is linked with MINDY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINDY2-to-partner and partner-to-MINDY2 results are reported.
