Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MINDY1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MINDY1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MINDY1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MINDY1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SKCM, and GBM are the cancer types where MINDY1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
