MINDY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MINDY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 443 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINDY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, IGHD3-3, and RNA5SP419. Each is linked with MINDY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINDY1-to-partner and partner-to-MINDY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by MINDY1-low versus MINDY1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINDY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINDY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
