MINAR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MINAR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,576 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R3A, OR8G5, and PNLIPRP2. Each is linked with MINAR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINAR2-to-partner and partner-to-MINAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
