MILR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MILR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,050 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MILR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1F, ARHGAP45, and ARHGEF6. Each is linked with MILR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MILR1-to-partner and partner-to-MILR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MILR1 versus MYO1F in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MILR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MILR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
