Across TCGA patient cohorts, MILR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MILR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP518, SNORD115-6, and RNU6-192P. Each is linked with MILR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MILR1-to-partner and partner-to-MILR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP518 grouped by MILR1-low versus MILR1-high in LUSC.
