Across TCGA cell cohorts, MILR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,877 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MILR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteolysis, Angiogenesis, and Urokinase plasminogen activator signaling pathway. Each is linked with MILR1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MILR1-to-partner and partner-to-MILR1 results are reported.
