MILR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MILR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,760 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MILR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIXDC1, CEP78, and STIP1. Each is linked with MILR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MILR1-to-partner and partner-to-MILR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MILR1 versus DIXDC1 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MILR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MILR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
