Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,341 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf51, CASC9, and PCDHGA10. Each is linked with MIIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIIP-to-partner and partner-to-MIIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIIP versus C4orf51 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
