MIIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,198 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPH3, EXOG, and ZC3H18. Each is linked with MIIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIIP-to-partner and partner-to-MIIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPH3 grouped by MIIP-low versus MIIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
