Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIIP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LKB1, S6_pS235_S236, and SETD2. Each is linked with MIIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIIP-to-partner and partner-to-MIIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LKB1 grouped by MIIP-low versus MIIP-high in SKCM.
