MIIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are THEG, MTNR1A, and NPAP1. Each is linked with MIIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIIP-to-partner and partner-to-MIIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THEG grouped by MIIP-low versus MIIP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
