MIGA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIGA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,732 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP5E, SEC16A, and ANAPC2. Each is linked with MIGA2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIGA2-to-partner and partner-to-MIGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIGA2 versus INPP5E in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
