MIGA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIGA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,625 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIGA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF3C4, C9orf78, and STRBP. Each is linked with MIGA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIGA2-to-partner and partner-to-MIGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIGA2 versus GTF3C4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
