MIGA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,046 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLLT10P2, PRF1, and CLN8. Each is linked with MIGA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIGA2-to-partner and partner-to-MIGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLLT10P2 grouped by MIGA2-low versus MIGA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
