Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIGA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,721 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIGA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleic acid transport, RNA transport, and RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with MIGA2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIGA2-to-partner and partner-to-MIGA2 results are reported.
