Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIGA1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIGA1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher MIGA1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIGA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

LSCC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where MIGA1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
