Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIGA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,949 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIGA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIGU, LMBRD1, and ATP13A3. Each is linked with MIGA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MIGA1 results are reported.
