MIGA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,449 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSBPL9P1, RBFA, and OIP5. Each is linked with MIGA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MIGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL9P1 grouped by MIGA1-low versus MIGA1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
