Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with MIGA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MIGA1 results are reported.
