Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIGA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,291 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIGA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Golgi vesicle transport, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with MIGA1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MIGA1 results are reported.
