MIGA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM2, USP29, and TAAR8. Each is linked with MIGA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MIGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRM2 grouped by MIGA1-low versus MIGA1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
