Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIF-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,764 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIF-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Obsolete histone modification, and Nuclear envelope organization. Each is linked with MIF-AS1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIF-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MIF-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
