MIER3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIER3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,205 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A15, TLK2, and PIP5K1A. Each is linked with MIER3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIER3-to-partner and partner-to-MIER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIER3 versus SLC25A15 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
